Hillsong United will be bringing their USA Tour to American Airlines Arena Thursday, May 9 @ 7:30pm. Special guests: Amanda Lindsey Cook & Mack Brock.
Nu Deco Ensemble: May 9-11
Come celebrate with Nu-Deco the end of the season with the music of Andy Akiho, Clint Needham, and a new symphonic suite of the music of Timbaland. The performance will also feature two special collaborations with jazz pianist Aaron Parks and classically trainer crooner and soul-singer Chris Turner.

H.O.T. Challenge Golf Tournament: May 10
Join the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau for the H.O.T. Challenge Golf Tournament at the Miami Beach Golf Club. The event helps fund scholarships for men and women of African heritage committed to working in the local visitor industry upon their graduation, as well as the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau’s Multicultural & Tourism programs. Registration fees vary.
Rolling Loud Festival: May 10-12
Back for its five-year anniversary, the Rolling Loud Festival is returning to Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens. Featuring an incredible lineup of the biggest stars in hip-hop, the three-day festival will include headliners Migos, Travis Scott, Kid Cudi, plus performances by Cardi B, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, as well as a long list of impressive acts set to take the stage. General admission tickets are already sold out, but check their site for VIP access and more.
New Times Brew At The Zoo: May 11
Throw a few cold ones back and enjoy live music at the Miami New Times’ and Zoo Miami’s annual Brew at the Zoo. From 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2019, sample more than 100 kinds of beer from all around the world. General admission tickets start at $40 and VIP access is $80 per person.

Redland International Orchid Show: May 17-19
Head to the lushly landscaped Fruit and Spice Park in Homestead for one of the largest annual orchid shows in the country. The Redland International Orchid Show is a three-day event open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and featuring more than 50 booths of orchid vendors, classes and a lecture series. Tickets are available at the door for $10 per person or purchase a three-day pass for $25.

Haitian Compas Festival: May 18

Miami Romance Wedding Showcase: May 19
Featuring more than 60 local wedding vendors, get inspiration for the big day at the Miami Romance Wedding Showcase from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on May 19, 2019. Out In The Tropics: May 24 – June 24
Enjoy a month of presentations by artists addressing issues ranging from politics to sexuality. The 10th season of Out in the Tropics presented by FUNDarte will feature a variety of performances at venues such as Centro Cultural Español, The Gleason Room at The Fillmore, The Miami Beach Botanical Garden and more. Tickets start at $25.
Free Family Fest: Step Afrika! May 25
Step Afrika! pays homage to the African American step show, introduces audiences to Zulu and South African Gumboot Dance, shares the step tradition of audience participation and closes with a complex, polyrhythmic percussive symphony that brings audiences to their feet!
Coconut Grove Food & Wine Festival: May 25
Celebrating its 25th edition, the Coconut Grove Food & Wine Festival is happening at waterfront Regatta Park on Saturday May 25, 2019 from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sample some of the best eats from the Grove’s most popular restaurants, as well as plenty of fine wine and cocktails. Plus, there will be live music. General admission tickets start at $25 and VIP access (including unlimited drinks) is $75 per person.
Air & Sea Show And The Musical Explosion: May 25-26
Happening on Memorial Day Weekend, the Air & Sea Show is a two-day event presented by Hyundai on Miami Beach that will showcase and salute all five branches of the United States military with jet flyovers and stunts, extreme water sports and more. Dubbed “The Musical Explosion,” there will also be a concert as well-known artists perform on stage while jets fly overhead. Expect fireworks, sand sculpting, lumberjack shows, motocross exhibition and a kids fun zone. The event is free and open to the public.
Best Of The Best Music Fest: May 26
Featuring local and national acts, the annual Best of the Best Music Fest showcases bands across a range of genres including hip-hop, reggae, pop and more. The concert takes place on the waterfront at Miami’s Bayfront Park. General admission tickets are available for $30 and VIP tickets start at $120.
Memorial Day: May 28
Not only is Memorial Day a federal holiday dedicated to remembering those who gave their life while serving in the armed forces, it’s also the unofficial kick-off for summer vacation season.
