The Best Year-Round Farmers Market in Miami


In Miami the movement of organic and sustainable food has become very popular, giving space for more Farmers Markets to pop up around the city. Since Miami has great weather, most of these markets are available all year round. If you’re interested in finding local, organic goods in your area, or while you’re here visiting Miami, here are a few of the top farmers markets in town.


ADRIENNE ARSHT CENTER FARMERS MARKET 1300 Biscayne Blvd. Mondays 4pm to 8pm

Start the week with this Market located in the Heart of Downtown Miami. You can buy seasonal fruits, vegetables, meats, prepared food and beverages – and at the same time enjoy periodic workshops with food writers and chefs, live music and cooking demonstrations.

UPPER EAST SIDE FARMERS MARKET Biscayne Blvd and 66 St. Saturdays from 9am to 2pm

Led by the Urban Oasis Project, this farmers market sells Verde Farm certified organic products and offers an incentive program to encourage customers to purchase fresh Florida produce.

LINCOLN ROAD FARMERS MARKET South Beach, Sundays from 9 am to 6:30 pm

Moving to the Miami Beach area, we have several markets. Saturdays is the Normandy Village Market at 79 St and the South Pointe Market at Alton Road and 1st St, but the most popular farmers market is the one held in Lincoln Road on Sundays from 9 am to 6:30 pm. Both tourists and locals can enjoy this popular market with vendors offering fruits, vegetables, fresh plants, honey and jams and the famous fruit smoothies.

BRICKELL CITY CENTER FARMERS MARKET Brickell, Sundays 11 am to 4 pm

Located along the landscaped route that runs between Seventh and Eighth Street, directly below the Miami Metromover. Here you can enjoy organic products as well as a variety of artisan cheese, honey, bread, ready-made foods, olive oil and much more

COCONUT GROVE FARMERS MARKET 3300 Grand Ave. Coconut Grove, Saturdays 10 am to 7pm

For 20 years the Coconut Grove Farmers Market has been a place to get fresh fruits and vegetables and nowadays they have a section dedicated to vegan desserts, you can also find handmade breads, ethnic food and more.

MERRICK PARK FARMERS MARKET 358 San Lorenzo Ave. Coral Gables Sundays 11am to 6pm

At the center of the prestigious Merrick Park Mall you can find the Farmers Market featuring vegetables and organic fruits, artisan products and more. Talk about a one stop shop!

PINECREST FARMERS MARKET 11000 Red Road, Pinecrest Gardens. Sundays 9am to 2pm

Located in the parking lot of Pinecrest Gardens, you’ll find the best of the season in fruits, vegetables, honey, flowers, meats, cheeses and specialty products. The market is considered one of the best in Miami because it unites the top local and organic farmers and food vendors in the Miami, Redlands, Homestead, Clewiston and Ft. Pierce area. Plenty to choose from!

SOUTH WEST FARMERS MARKET Tropical Park at 79 Ave and Bird Rd. Saturdays 9am to 3pm

With community vendors and farmers, this market features locally produced handicrafts as well as plants, fresh fruits, seasonal fruits, vegetables, eggs and herbs, mainly organic or sustainably grown.
